Jess Fear

Jess Fear (they/them)  is a licensed professional counselor and licensed addiction counselor dedicated to fostering healing and growth in a compassionate, inclusive space. Specializing in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, mindfulness, and somatic therapies, Jess empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness.

With a passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, those living with ADHD, Trauma (PTSD) and anyone who feels outside the constraints of labels, Jess creates a safe  and welcoming space for exploration and self-discovery. Their holistic and integrative approach to wellness offers a deeply personalized path to healing.

With a wealth of experience, Jess has supported individuals in navigating burnout, life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, and the effects of trauma. They emphasize a holistic, integrated model of healing, blending tangible skills, actionable practices, and transformative insights.
